Resilient Leadership is our holistic approach to leadership and life. It empowers leaders to build their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual capacities, allowing them to become authentic leadership role models who bring out the best in themselves and others.
Our methodology combines rigorous scientific evidence, experiential learning, and a whole-person perspective. It equips leaders to navigate complexity and manage overwhelm, helping them implement impactful changes that enhance self-awareness and sustain high performance across all areas of life.
At the heart of this transformative experience is our Resilience Model, built on 12 holistic journeys. By evaluating their current leadership resilience and exploring the interconnected realms of Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit, leaders are guided to make key adjustments and simple, actionable shifts that immediately can be applied to both their professional and personal lives – one meaningful step at a time.
OUR RESILIENCE MODEL
- Body: At the physical level, leaders will explore the practice and science of nutrition, movement, and recovery to identify areas for improvement. Their focus is on optimizing their energy balance and building physical capacity, which allows them to achieve more in less time while maintaining long-term sustainability.
- Heart: By tapping into the intelligence of the heart and utilizing our emotional competence framework, leaders will deepen their awareness towards themselves and others. They will acquire the skills to nurture and sustain meaningful relationships, while finding the courage to embrace and express their vulnerability.
- Mind: Within Mind, we introduce our mindset framework, a crucial tool for leaders to effectively embrace challenges and empower teams. We explore cutting-edge efficiency/flow tools and delve into the science and practice of meditation giving leaders the tools to adopt a mindful approach to leadership.
- Spirit: Within Spirit, we focus on enhancing leadership presence to ensure that employees feel seen, heard and listened to. We explore the transformative impact of generosity and delve deeper into purpose to identify what truly matters the most.

We collect valuable insights from each participant to tailor the program to their unique needs. This includes:- HRV-Device: Leaders gain precise, real-time insights into stress levels, recovery patterns, and daily physical activity, empowering them to make informed lifestyle adjustments for improved resilience and performance.
- DNA Test: A comprehensive genetic analysis that provides insights into leaders’ health, fitness, and stress management tendencies, helping leaders understand their biological predispositions and areas for optimization.
- Resilience 360 Test A detailed assessment that evaluates leaders’ resilience across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual capacities. It provides actionable insights through self-assessment and feedback, helping leaders identify strengths and areas for growth.
- Resilient Leadership Training:
- A 1 or 2-day immersive training session where participants explore the Resilience Model in depth.
- Activities blend experiential learning with scientifically backed frameworks for maximum impact.
- Integration Phase:
- Individual Coaching: Personalized support to help leaders implement changes effectively.
- Buddy Check-ins: Peer accountability to sustain momentum and motivation.
- Challenges via LeadUp Platform: Targeted tasks delivered through the platform to ensure new habits become sustainable and seamlessly integrated into daily life.
